The annual physical exam is a thorough evaluation of your total health.  our medical providers use the information gathered during the exam to monitor how your health changes from one year to the next.

School physical

School physicals are required by public and private schools. They usually include school-specific health forms and immunization records. Dr. Chandler can complete the school physical during your child’s annual physical exam.

Sports physical

A sports physical determines if it’s safe for you to participate in the physical activity of your choice.

DOT physical exam

Anyone who drives a commercial vehicle needs a US Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam. This exam ensures that you can safely operate your vehicle without endangering yourself or the public.
