- Please arrive 15-20 minutes before your appointment to complete any patient registration forms.
- Co-payments are due at the time of services.
- No Show Policy - patients arriving 15 minutes late may be rescheduled for another date and time. Multiple no shows could lead to dismissal.
- Allow up to 10 business days are required for the completion of Requested Forms.
- Brunswick Medical does not practice pain management.
- Prescription Request - Please allow at 3 business days for medication refills. For example, requests submitted on a Thursday will not be available until Tuesday of the next week.
